PC5316M switch is rebooting continuosly

 Folks,
This is a very critical issue.
I have 2 PC5316M switches which sit on PowerEdge 1855 Chassis.
While upgrading the firmware, there seems to be a corruption.
hence both the switches are continuously rebooting with a message "the flash code is not valid, image in address 0x000000 - check sum error"
It tries to download the code using XModem and i guess its failing because of the baudrate mismatch.
DRAC/MC is at 115200 and Switch is at 9600 and Swich baudrate can not be set to more than 9600 or so.

FYI,image-1 and image-2 both are corrupt

 Please help with this ASAP........

Please state exactly the problem you are having.

If you are having problems doing XMODEM download, make sure you used the following connect command from the CMC:

DRAM-MC> connect -b switch-1

The '-b' is important because it blocks the DRAC-MC trapping of the escape sequence.  It will take over 2 hours to do the XMODEM download.
